Courses include a 14-day refund period. If you buy a course and decide it is not useful, email learn@techischool.com within 14 days of purchase. We will refund the original payment method. No surveys, no retention calls, no dramatic exit interview.
Software plans are billed monthly or annually once the real billing system is connected. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans receive a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days. After that, they remain active until the end of the annual term unless required otherwise by law.
Free resources do not require a refund. Paid templates or digital downloads may be non-refundable after access or download unless the file is broken, unavailable, or materially different from what was advertised.
Refund abuse may lead us to refuse future purchases. Examples include repeatedly buying and refunding courses after consuming most of the material, sharing private materials, or using a refund request to avoid paying for client work already delivered.
If a duplicate charge, billing mistake, or access issue happens, contact us. We will fix genuine billing errors promptly. We want boring billing. Boring billing is a sign civilization has not entirely lost the plot.
