Techi collects the information needed to run a digital education and software business: name, email address, company, account details, billing records, course progress, software settings, support messages, and basic usage events.
We use this information to provide courses, send resources, deliver software, answer support requests, process payments, prevent abuse, improve the site, and understand which parts of the product are useful. We do not sell personal information.
We share information with service providers that help us operate the business, including hosting providers, authentication providers, payment processors, email providers, analytics tools, and customer support systems. These providers may process data only for the services they provide to us.
If you connect email, calendar, CRM, or meeting tools to Techi software, Techi will access only the data needed for the feature you enabled. For example, Inbox Triage needs message content to classify and draft replies, and CallNotes needs meeting audio or transcripts to summarize calls.
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data by emailing learn@techischool.com. Some information may need to be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, or legal reasons.
We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted transport, access controls, and restricted operational access. No system is risk-free. If we learn of a data incident that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.
